At Meri Meri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all fashion pieces are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local courier service and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
